Help with the tools you rely on

Microsoft 365 Support for Your Day-to-Day Work.

Outlook & Email Troubleshooting

We assess problems sending, receiving, or syncing email, repeated sign-in prompts, and Outlook configuration. The next step depends on your account type, application version, and whether the issue also occurs in webmail.

Microsoft 365 Business Setup

Get help planning business users, supported apps, and email setup. We discuss the subscription you have or need, domain ownership, and access to existing accounts before changes. Licensing costs and installation eligibility depend on the subscription.

Email Migration Planning

Moving business email needs a plan for the current provider, mailboxes, existing data, domain settings, and timing. We review the scope and discuss available options before committing to a move. Supported data, migration effort, and possible disruption vary by source and destination.

User & Mailbox Administration

Ask about adding or removing authorized users, reviewing mailbox access, or configuring appropriate shared resources. Work is subject to your organization’s permissions and agreed scope. We coordinate with an existing administrator or IT provider where needed.

Office Apps & Computer Changes

Get help installing or reconnecting eligible Microsoft 365 apps on a compatible computer, setting up Outlook after a replacement, and identifying which account owns a subscription. We can also discuss computer setup and repair.

Account Security & Sign-In Help

We can discuss appropriate sign-in protection and help you work through authorized recovery or setup options. Account ownership and identity verification remain with the account provider. We cannot bypass security checks or guarantee recovery of a locked account.

Plan the change before making it

Keep Email, Domains & Access Organized.

Business email can involve several providers: the domain registrar, the email host, the Microsoft subscription, and the computers using it. We identify the relevant accounts and authorized contacts before changing configuration.

Email migrations and domain changes can involve service interruption or data limitations. We discuss scope, timing, and any preparation needed before agreed work. Microsoft licensing and third-party service fees are separate from technical support unless expressly included in a quote.

A clear next step

How Microsoft 365 Support Works.

  1. 1. Describe Your Account & Issue

Tell us whether this is a personal or business account, which apps are affected, and whether you can sign in through the provider’s website.

  2. 2. Review Access & Scope

We confirm who can authorize the work, assess the setup, and discuss suitable service options, applicable charges, and any migration requirements.

  3. 3. Make Agreed Changes & Check

After approved work, we check the relevant email or app functions with you and discuss ongoing support for your team or household.

Business IT Support Plans

Give your small business a regular source of help for workstations, email, printers, and networks. Business plans list workstation management separately from labor options. We will discuss your devices, existing IT arrangements, and support needs.

You can also ask for help with a one-time issue. A plan does not mean every repair, part, or cleanup is included; we will discuss the applicable scope and charges.

Common questions

Microsoft 365 & Email Questions.

Can you help with both personal and business Microsoft accounts?

Yes. Tell us which subscription or email service you use so we can confirm the appropriate support. Personal subscriptions and business Microsoft 365 accounts have different administration and licensing arrangements.

Do I need a business support plan?

No. You can ask about a one-time issue. For ongoing workstation and technical support, compare our business plans and discuss your users, devices, and existing IT arrangements.

Can you move our business email to Microsoft 365?

We can assess your current service and discuss a suitable migration scope. Available methods, data coverage, permissions, cost, and timing depend on the starting setup. We agree on the approach before work begins.

Are Microsoft licenses included in your support fees?

Do not assume they are included. Subscription charges, licensing, and third-party fees depend on your chosen services and any written quote. We will explain the distinction between technical support and those charges.

Can you recover a locked or compromised account?

We can help you understand and work through the provider’s authorized recovery options. Verification and recovery decisions remain with the provider, so we cannot guarantee access or bypass its security requirements.

Are you Microsoft?

No. TechMedX is an independent local technology support business. Contact us using our established phone number for help; Microsoft and product names identify the services and software involved.
