Complete Protection includes 1 support hour per year; Virtually Unlimited includes 1 hour every month. Remote support availability does not mean unlimited included labor. Ask us about work beyond your plan’s allowances.

Know What’s Included.
Ongoing care helps keep your computer updated. It cannot prevent every problem, but it gives you a local team to call when you need help.
Trip Fees*
No trip fee applies within our standard service area. Outside that area, your regular trip fee is reduced by $25. Call to confirm coverage for your location.
Loaner Computers**
Complete Protection and higher plans include a free loaner computer for off-site services, up to 3 days per year.
Extended Service Area***
Virtually Unlimited includes no trip fees within our extended service area. Ask which locations are included.
