Every business plan combines ongoing computer care with access to our technical support team.
Business Priority Scheduling
Business-level support tickets receive priority over residential-level tickets, with more direct access to technicians. Basic questions can be answered by email or phone when available.
Remote & On-Site Support
We use phone, email, remote access, and on-site visits to help resolve issues. Answers to common or very minor questions are included at no additional cost. More involved support is available in 30-minute increments and uses your labor block or additional billed time.
Trip Fees Waived in Our Service Area
When an on-site visit is needed, trip fees are waived within the TechMedX operating area. Outside that area, a $25 discount applies to the trip fee. Labor is separate; call to confirm coverage for your location.
Antivirus & Malware Protection
Business endpoint protection from ESET helps protect against viruses, malware, and potentially unwanted programs.
Firewall & Web Content Filtering
Firewall, network attack protection, and botnet protection help defend against unwanted traffic and threats. Web content filtering lets you manage access to website categories and unwanted content.
Windows Update Management
Our management software checks Windows security update status and alerts us to missing updates. TechMedX can manage update installation through a centralized platform.
Software Update Management
Our management software checks supported applications for approved updates and installs available approved updates automatically. Contact us to discuss which applications are covered on your workstations.
