TechMedX Computer Options

When possible TechMedX can clone your existing Windows 10 computer to your new computer. This process will transfer all data, programs (some programs may require reactivation), and user settings.

When possible TechMedX can clone your existing Windows 10 computer and then upgrade it to Windows 11. This process will transfer all data, programs (some programs may require reactivation), and user settings.

Using our backup imaging software, providing the internet upload speed is sufficient, TechMedX can backup your current computer remotely and greatly minimize any down time. Express cloning service can be added to either of the above cloning services. For users that have our image backup plans, this service is available at no additional charge.

TechMedX will transfer data from your old computer to the new computer. This includes the transfer of data only, all programs would need to be reinstalled, and reconfigured (ex Outlook). Program installation and configuration can be done at the time of delivery for our normal hourly rate.

TechMedX will install, and configure your custom applications such as Office, Outlook, or QuickBooks; in advance of your appointment to make the process go quicker.

Securely remove data from hard disk after 30 days, and recycle the old machine.
