We have a 2 hour appointment window because sometimes traffic and weather can delay us. We always try to call and let you know if we are running behind. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment then this must be done three hours prior to the appointment time. A cancellation fee of $40.00 will be assessed otherwise.
(We do make every attempt to get a hold of you for 15 minutes if you are not available when we arrive.)
With our Parts and Labor Warranty, you won’t have to worry about unexpected breakdowns or equipment failure. Our warranty includes 7 days on Labor; Parts warranties are provide by the parts vendor, which can vary, but most have a 1 year manufacture warranties (please check with the vendor TechMedx is NOT responsible for manufacture defects).
Late Payment Fees
Effective January 1, 2010 TechMedx (CCS) will begin using a new accounting system that will automatically asses a 1.5 % late fee on Past due balances. This will occur on the 1st of every month. To avoid these charges please make sure your account is paid within the agreed upon terms.
